The 4th International Conference on Innovative Computing (IC2021) is a major international conference to bring together researchers, engineers, and scientists from academia and industry working in recent advances and emergence in information technology, and computer science and engineering. The aim of International Conference on Innovative Computing (IC conference) attempts to provide an open forum for sharing and discussion of state-of-the-art results covering all aspects of computer science and engineering. This conference is expected to bring together researchers and practitioners from both academia as well as industry to meet and share cutting-edge development in the field. IC2021 will hold at Taiwan, Taichung in 1-3, February 2021. Special sessions on various subjects related to artificial intelligence, soft-computing, intelligent systems, perception, cognitive science, psychology, data analysis, IoT are welcome. Individual submissions in the following area are invited.
